英文概要：
The revision introduces a safety requirement for cigarettes: the ignition propensity must be reduced that no more than 25% of the cigarettes burn through their whole length. The safety level has to comply with the state of the scientific and technical knowledge.
- The revision also introduces two annexes. One of these annexes defines already introduced standards regarding emissions on tar, nicotine and carbon monoxide.
