，南非独立通信管理局（ICASA）发布了《电子通讯设备技术标准法规》。2013年4月16日，ICASA又发布了有关实施该法规的公告。法规及公告中都规定了技术设备和电子通讯设备的ICASA法规符合性标准清单，这些标准主要涉及设备的电磁兼容（EMC）标准、安全标准和性能标准。其中，EMC标准还包括基础EMC标准，通用EMC标准和产品/产品族的EMC标准。表1、表2、表3列出了设备进行ICASA认证的基础EMC标准、通用EMC标准和安全标准。
